Noise. Very noisey throughout all hours at night

Good location to the Duomo area.

Very inconvenient check in - we were charged 30 Euro for checking in after 8pm. The apartment was in poor repair: electrical outlets coming out of the wall, stained towels, broken faucets. The wall are very thin so we hear everything going on next door. We were misled about a breakfast voucher - discrepant information between the web and info in the apartment. Finally, it is impossible to drive up to the place to drop off baggage as it is in a pedestrian zone.

Apart from location which is great, breakfast vouchers are very convenient in Befi cafe around the corner, huge and nice paninis!!! And great cappuccino!!!!! Also nespresso cafe which is complimentary in the room is very tasty! Our room was very comfort and big and also nice comfy bed and big bathroom. No need to take any toothbrush with you cause they provide complimentary, which is very nice of the hotel. Overall was a nice experience staying there.

First of all its very difficult to find the street (we took taxi and because its so central it was pedestrian road. Second even if you are in the right street/number there is no sign of the hotel. Noone was waiting for us downstairs(you have to call and get charged). Third the place doesn look anything like suites etc. not the entrance and not the room. Last but not least: the noise!!! Was a torture guys im telling you! Never stopped!! I was prepared and brought with me earplugs but still was listening all noises and music! So be aware!

Design, Position and the cleanliness of the apartment. It was everything I wanted in accommodation.

No reception, but the manager Guiseppe was fantastic and very accommodating. Other than that the Duomo Suites and Apartments were fantastic and I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. It was a wonderful stay in Milan.

The location was more than perfect , and even that there was no receptionist , but that was not a problem at all , the guy there he was so sweet and he give us a phone no that we could call always and ask about anything and he was always helpful and willing to advice , if you are going to Milan for shopping it will be just the perfect spot and place to stay as its in the middle of a long shopping street and 2 minutes away from the dumo definitely I recommend to stay there and I will always be back there , as its not only a room but you can call it small flat with your own kitchen and toilet. The area was totally safe although it was my first time in Milan but I felt like home, it’s also near the underground if you would like to use it and the radio taxi will pick you anytime when you call. For breakfast it was perfect just go down and sit in the coffeshop downstairs and enjoy the good weather and the fresh juice.

The room is very nice, renovated and very modern, the staff is very nice... I would definitely recommand this appart hotel!

This was the first time we decided to try an apartment suite. Our stay has exceeded our expectations by far. The location was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the suite we booked was very clean and the materials inside were all of high quality. We will definitely come again and will recommend it to our friends.

Domenica the Guest Relations Manager at the Duomo Suites was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She speaks fluent English which was great for us, and went well beyond the call of duty in helping us. We left one of our suitcases on a train and she went personally to the Milan railway station to find and retrieve this for us (even though we were in Venice at the time). Her willingness to help out was amazing. The apartments are brilliantly located right in the heart of Milan. So convenient for eating out, shopping and people watching. The one bedroom apartment we rented was very well appointed and we would have no hesitation in recommending the apartments to you. Many thanks again to Domenica and the team at Duomo Suites. I stayed and i liked it.. Specially the location of the service apartment it is in the heart of the centre and very close to the shopping, food and cathedral. The only thing is to get there but that is not a big issue as they help you get there or you can say they come to receive you as you have to inform your arrival time to them, they are very help full, i would love to stay there again when i go to milan.

Very busy location so a lot of noise at night, it was noisy well into the morning. Maybe double glazing on windows would be good
